Lovely weekend

I've had a very quiet weekend this weekend - Joe has made me chill out.  We did not go away in our caravan as planned because it rained so much Thursday night we thought the site would be water logged.  But didn’t we have a lovely sunny weekend.  Saturday I sat in the garden listened to my i pod and generally relaxed - did a little bit of gardening.  We have Painted Ladies and the usual Peacock butterflies in abundance.  Went to the post office to send a card to my friend whose wedding anniversary is on August 13th by coincidence we share the same date and year of marriage. Today Sunday I chilled out this morning and made a card which I will put on my blog later this week.   I did a bit more gardening as it has become a bit over grown this year and it is in need of some serious work!!! This afternoon Matt Nicola Cameron and Emily came round for a BBQ along with Samantha & Ash.  It was a lovely afternoon with the children playing and Cameron having a fantastic time in the paddling pool. Such  great day for a family get together.
