We we have just returned from a week at Sutton staying in a lovely cottage at Poplar Farm http://www.poplar-farm.org.uk The weather was variable but the sun shone every day and if it rained it was mainly at night so it didn’t stop the children and adults going to the beach |

Emily & Cameron outside the beach hut Joe & I have turned into our parents as when Matt and Samantha were little firstly Joe’s dad used to join us at Sutton & after my dad died my mum used to join us and she would hire a beach hut. So history was repeating it self this year :) |
No visit would be complete for any child with out a visit to the Seal Sanctuary – it is many years since we visited and it had changed loads. The children really enjoyed there trip there. |

this really made me smile, when Paul and I starting 'courting' we used to take his Mum and Dad to Mabelthorpe every summer and stay overnight in a B & B, oh young love lol. Paul's Mum and Dad took their family to the Miner's camp every summer when they were young otherwise they would not get a holiday. Sara went to the Seal Sanctuary with Martin earlier this Summer and loved it x
