A crafty Saturday afternoon . . . . . . . .

A few weeks ago Tracey and I did a crafting afternoon for 20.  It got off to a bit of a shaky start as the table top sale was till going and they’d not even started to clear away when we arrived.  But with a lot of effort we were set up and ready for 2pm when everyone arrived!!!!  I made a ‘Bero’ fruit cake and some fruity flap jacks both went down very well with the ladies.  Tracey had made a delicious chocolate which I just couldn’t resist.

Everyone got an Opportunity to make 5 Christmas cards using 5 different stamp sets from Stampin Up.  There was a lot of preparation involved as we made over 100 kits for the event!!!

I really like the new Watercolour Winter  stamp set as it’s so very versatile & Greetings of the Season stamps compliment this stamp set so well.  This card is made using Certain Celery but it looks good in other colour ways but on the day it was made using Crumb Cake Early Expresso and always artichoke.

Here are some pictures taken on the crafty Saturday afternoon of the ladies crafting.
