Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr it’s gonna be cold tomorrow !!!

Well the last few days have seen a change in the weather.  Wednesday saw me out at near the stepping stones at Dovedale (in the Peak District) where Thorpe Cloud looked lovely covered with snow.  The sheep looked quite happy grazing in the snow covered fields.   I did however get stuck in the snow at Ilam and had to reverse down the road as my front wheels kept spinning on the ice and I couldn’t move forward.  Although it was cold outside I sat in my car eating my homemade hot soup surrounded by  amazing views.   I arrived home safely at the end of the day.  I took a few pictures on my phone but haven’t worked out how to transfer the pictures from my phone to my blog – that’s because I’m not very computer savvy!!  But below is a picture taken in my garden instead.

My niece celebrated her 5th birthday recently and this was a card that I made for her using a Magnolia stamp.

Well off to bed now after  night out with the girls sadly we lost miserably at the quiz tonight.

Lets hope the weather forecast is wrong and it doesn’t snow too much overnight in the East Midland but I have my walking boots a hand for the morning should the need arise!!!

Good morning Lesley, a lovely photograph and card :o)
I can't drive at the moment due to a frozen shoulder so at least the weather isn't affecting me!
