It’s all birthday’s this month!!!

It was 2 fellow Derby Dabblers birthdays yesterday Pauline and Elvie, the day before was another friend who was 50.  On the 9th is another fellow Dabblers birthday followed by another friends birthday on the 26th.   My daughters birthday is next Saturday.  So as you can imagine I’ve been kept quite busy in the craft room since Christmas.  It has however given me the opportunity to water colour on some new hot press water paper that arrived just before Christmas.  It’s  so lovely to water colour on.

I’ve just spent an amazing day with my family as it’s my birthday tomorrow, but everyone will be at work.  It was also lovely to see Pam earlier when she dropped in for a coffee and a surprize birthday present!!

Above is the card I made for Heather’s 50th birthday – I’d forgotten how lovely Penny Black stamps are how they lend themselves to water colouring

I’ve just won a gold medal in the 2010 figure skating at the Vancouver Olympic and skeleton ‘bob sleigh’ run – better late than never!!!!
