It’s the 2nd time this week that I’ve been woken at stupid ‘o clock by the parcel man!! I’d really like to know who get the call after 8am!!! It certainly isn’t me!!!
Last night was the first ever meeting of the Christmas Card Club organised by Tracey and I thought I would share a picture that she took on my blog. I went along with my friend Pam who was kind enough to pick me up. I stamped & water coloured 4 images which I’m hoping to make into cards toward my stash for this December so is isn’t such a rush later in the year.

There was a mix of crafters that I knew and those who I didn’t – it’s always lovely to meet liked minded people as we have so much in common – Crafting!!! I also was able to help out a fellow crafter with tips and hints on water colouring stamped images – it made me realise just how much I’ve learnt from other crafter sharing their knowledge with me. Everyone was doing something different last night – so it was good to get some ideas. I’ve been on the net trying to find a Tattered Lace poinsettia die – not found one yet though – probably the wrong time of year

Well I’ve still to put all my crafty stuff away and finish off my daughter’s birthday card as it’s her birthday today and we are meeting up as a family for a meal late afternoon. For our family the celebrations don’t stop after New Years Eve!!

Looks like a well organised craft get together…and fun. Love your cards, especially the snail card…too cute. I hope your daughter had a lovely birthday. Mine had a great party last night and it's now the 12th her birthday she can sleep and relax.
