Thank you for all your good wishes regarding my knees and helpful suggestions.  The good new 'touch wood' is that it's improving and that walking and activity is causing me less pain each day and I'm hoping to be back to normal soon!! I certainly don't want it to return.  I've got a physio appointment next week where I'm hoping to be given some excercises to do which will strengthen the muscles around my joints which in turn will help protect them.  I'm also seeing my Rheumatology consultant a week tomorrow!!

this is a card we made a few weeks ago now with the ladies at Long Eaton.  I thought we'd do a bit of heat embossing,  what I would call 'splat backgound' the latter achieved with a grungy stamp set & bit of fussy cutting!!!

The weather yesterday in Derby was fabulous, I even managed to sit outside for a bit in the sunshine whilst Oliver insisted on having the paddling pool out!!!  I did have to add a bit of warm water to it, but he thoroughly enjoyed playing in it for a short while!  My newest little grandson payed us a visit with his mum and I had lots of cuddles with him and he even had a little snooze in my arms after a feed!!!
