Well I went out to Bluebells at Spondon today to have a coffee with an old friend but we had more than coffee a lovely warm ciabatta with chicken bacon and red onion. We had a lovely goss!!!
Tonight Joe is cooking Confit de Canard for tonight dinner and no doubt I will have a glass of wine with it!!!
I have loads of French home work that I need to do too before January 13th, not sure when I’ll do that.
