Sneak preview . .

Well it was pretty cold in the Amber Valley yesterday!!  When I set off for work at 8am yesterday the main roads were clear but the side roads were a bit precarious.  Although I put my walking boots on I did have trouble keeping my feet warm and my hands too as can’t drive in gloves.

I’ve got a few ladies coming tomorrow afternoon to a make and take as my house just hoping the weather doesn’t deteriorate and this is a sneak preview of one of the sample cards that I’ve made.  I’m really looking forward to it – need to make a cake today for them too!!

SNOWY PICTURES

Some snowy pictures taken on Friday from my craft room window late on Friday afternoon after I’d driven home from work – even the main roads were covered in snow and I was pleased get home to the warm!!  We have an open fire in the dining room so Joe had lit a log on it for my home coming.  There is nothing like an open fire!!

Good morning Lesley, beautiful snowy pics. Now of course we are covered again over all the slush from Friday! Well after all, it IS winter! I hope your craft day goes well and everyone gets there okay :o)

What wonderful snowy photos. Well we have lots of rain at the moment. It has been very welcome as we had been so dry. As of yesterday our seasonal creek started flowing and sometimes raging. It is so nice listen to the rain. I hope that the weather stayed pretty good and that you had a great afternoon with friends.
