Tuesday’s craft class.

Yesterday I spent with some lovely ladies from Long Eaton making cards using different techniques to make backgrounds.

There was lots of crafty chatter and it was great catching up with everyone.  I made 2 lovely cakes even if I say so myself, a Be-Ro quick fruit cake & an iced madeira type cake sadly I forgot to take pictures of them

We made 3 cards using a faux water colour technique using and acrylic block ink pads and a water spritzer and water colour paper.

The second card was made by blending inks using sponge daubers.

I was really sad when all the ladies had to leave as I could have crafted all afternoon.  But never mind we have a Christmas class planned for November.

Off to  my French evening class later so best get on & have dinner.
