I know I shouldn’t moan but . . . . .

Well after being chased by several blue wheelie bins on my travels on Thursday.  Joe and Oliver phoned me to tell that  my beautiful Azalea that I’ve had for over 10 years was destroyed by the high winds on Thursday  afternoon – it was just snapped off at the base Sad smile

I’ve just cleared mountains of leaves from the front garden after the wind from Thursday and Friday deposited what seemed like all the leaves from the surrounding neighbourhood!!!!  There were so many I filled a large brown bin with them.  Just hope no more arrive!!!

Just love this Christmas card

Friday night was a fantastic night – I went to the school Christmas fair with Cameron Emily and Oliver.  My daughter in law had organised it on behalf of the School PFA and it was a brilliant event.  Emily decorated a tea light holder, a ginger bread Santa & a Santa sun catcher!!.  The boys both decorated a ginger bread Santa  with copious amounts of icing Smarties and hundreds & thousands.  Cameron’s favourite game was knocking Santa ‘off his perch’ and Emily loved the Christmas equivalent of ‘hooking’ the duck.  The 2 hours there passed so very quickly.

Off to do some shopping followed by an afternoon of crafting.
