Happy birthday Pat . . . .

Well some parts of the UK haven’t been faring so well just recently with flood warnings and residential area flooding.  I can’t imagine how awful it must be to have your home full of water and your personal possessions ruined.  Some of the costal area have suffered with high winds and extremely high tides devastating the coast line and peoples homes.   We have friends living in Dawlish luckily the only damage they suffered  was in their garden.  I couldn’t believe the damage to the railway line there.  In my younger days I travelled that line to Plymouth on a regular basis.

I’m not a very good blogger these days, but I have been doing lots of crafting as I have a workshop coming up on the 25th Feb so I’ve been making some samples and thinking what cards we can make.  I also managed a long weekend in London with Joe a couple of weekends ago too – took some great pictures – just need to blog them!!

It was my friend Pat’s birthday a few weeks ago and this was the card I made for her using a free stamp set and a retired SU set.

Good morning Lesley, lovely card. I can't believe that at 9.30 last night when I left work, I had to scrape the frost from the car, and now, at 5 am, it's all gone!!!
