Joe and I were up bright an early and by 10:10 the hedge in the front garden has been cut and all bagged up ready for the tip tomorrow. I’ve been down to the greenhouse and removed the male flowers from the cucumber plants so they don’t make the cucumbers bitter. The tomatoes are growing fast & I’m now having to feed them with tomato feed. So hopefully will be cropping them soon!!
When we went to Doncaster a few weeks ago now to a craft show by Witchcraft. They was a work shop where we made a heart – I bought a couple more to have a ‘play’ with and this is one I made for Eileen for her 70th birthday. The edges are gilded unfortunately you can’t see that in the photo. I have since done another one for my daughter and her husband. I now need to find a supply of MDF hearts as I’m on a roll!!
Off to the Range now to buy some wool and then to pop into see Matt my son and his family. He will be 30 this coming Friday!!! Where has the time gone?
